I did not get a reply mail from them.
First of all I'm very sure that I have done well in Aptitude test and second thing I have confidence on my fluency and command over English.
In short they either didn't go through our answers or recruited candidates from 3rd party that provides HR services.
Because even if I was not selected I had to get a reply stating I'm not selected while in my profile it still shows that I'm still under consideration for the position.
What I feel is it sucks when they actually don't care about how we feel.. Recruiters need to send test only if they really want to hire candidates, send us a reply mail telling if we are selected or not or we have to wait a while.
