  • Q1. As you are staying far away from this place, are you willing to relocate?
  • Ans. Yes. I am willing to relocate.
  • Answered Anonymously

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Unreliable HR. Don't trust their words if you are an experienced person in medical transcription field and wish to shift to medical indexing.

My Experience: They first asked me if I am willing to join immediately and willing to relocate.
It was fine with me so they called me for interview in December 2023 to their office (which is far away from the main city) and asked me to appear for Medical Indexing test, English language test, and Medical Terminology test, all designed according to their guidelines.

The test was of about 3 to 4 hours duration, and they told me to submit my mark sheets and experience documents for verification after the interview process.

In the last week of Feb 2024, current month, the HR informed me that I had cleared the test conducted in December 2023, and final round of interview is scheduled now. I asked the HR if they are conducting a fresh interview process, or it is a continuation of the process which started in December 2023, the status of which was unknown to me. The HR madam told me that it is a continuation, and only a final round of interview is scheduled, for which I will have to come to Cherlapally office.

When I reached there for final round of interview, I was told that I have to reappear for all the tests again, as they have changed the format. THEY DID NOT INFORM ME REGARDING THIS WHEN I ASKED THEM SPECIFICALLY.

As the HR department lied to me, I refused to appear for the test again, and they told me that they are cancelling my candidature.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had a highly frustrating and unprofessional interview experience with this company. Originally scheduled as a virtual interview at 11:30 AM, I was informed last minute that it was rescheduled to 3:30 PM and would be in person, requiring a trip 8km from my location. Upon arrival, I was made to wait for 1.5 hours without communication. Only after I approached the receptionist was I told the HR had "forgotten" about me. After a brief five-minute conversation about my CV, I was told to wait again for the main interview. Eventually, I was informed that the interviewer was in a meeting and had no time for me.

Despite no technical questions or assignment, I later received feedback that I was "below average," a completely unfair judgment given the lack of any real assessment. This experience left me feeling like my time was disregarded and the entire process was mismanaged, which is disappointing, especially for a Japanese company where I expected more professionalism and respect for time.
