Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

One hour of time pass, which they don't even consider just to show they are a great company they take this test, if there are no rooms available they will skip the test

Round 2 - A non sales person 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. What are the sales strategies you will use to get sales in Villas? this would be to learn from u not to recruit u, so be careful. This wud be taken by Mr. Mittal who hardly knows about sales.
Round 3 - Behavioral 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. He will ask about sales and marketing strategies but u sud go only if ur salary is below 75K.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - We at ease even if the interview lasts for 20 mins on the whole they will take 2 hours and maybe call u again, all that is a waste. For lower post its ok but anything like VP, AVP its a waste of time
