Excavation of a trench to the desired depth and width
Installation of guide walls to maintain the trench dimensions
Reinforcement cages are lowered into the trench and positioned correctly
Concrete is poured into the trench, displacing the bentonite slurry
Panel extraction is carried out to remove the guide walls and complete the diaphragm wall

1. Guide wall construction.
2. Trench machine postion
3. Check bentonite/polymer properties before start Trenching.
4. Trenching start.
5. Take frequently sample of bentonite/polymer for checking properties.
6. Trench cleaning/ flushing.
7. Check Verticality profile of trench by koden.
8. Now check the Sounding depth as per required depth.
9. Install the Dwall cage fabricated in trench by help of main crane and supporting crane.
Note: Cage should be lower within 4-6 hrs.
10. Lower the tremie pipe for pouring concrete.
11. Place the Pump for polymer/bentonite remove while it's coming upward to avoid spreading on ground.
12. Take frequently sounding and remove the tremie pipe.
13. Full fill the concept upto the guide wall with overflow.
14. Remove the tremie pipe.
