Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interviews were good but the HR moved me to the final round even before they received the response from the previous round. The official reason mentioned to me was that they are no longer looking for my postion or they are looking for someone with higher experince.
They don't understand the point when more rounds were answered by a candidate it increases their hopes. The HR was so smooth while the process was going on but when they rejected the candidate she didn't ever bother to give me a proper response over the call. I lost the respect on these people because of that.
