Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't even think about it !
You don't want to work in an environment where there is negativity every now and then.
Teachers are supportive. Students are good.
However, the management be very nice to you until you are a part of Orchids, the moment you are on your notice period they'll discriminate you like hell.
They like to hold their employees salary for fun, it's one of their hobbies.
They make you work overwork, they don't respect the teachers, and want the teachers to work even after they come home. This is not a 7 hour shift, it's a 14 hours shift.
Not every branch is the same. I'll still recommend you to talk to the teachers before signing the long term contract with this organization. There notice period is of three impractical months. Pay is low, there are no other benifits provided apart from the salary.
Oh yeah, I'm so sorry there are some benifits which I remember!
1. Mental torture
2. Disrespect
3. Ruined mental health
4. Over work
5. Manipulation
6. Degradation
7. They have a school uniform which apparently sucks!
8. Unreal expectations from teachers
9. No paid time off/no empathy
10. No sick leave ! Basically you're a lying b**ch if you're taking a leave for a genuine reason.

Girls and women, please please please don't fall for this f**k all trap, you guys !
This Organisation is a sham and you don't want to work with losers !
