Tips: Make a detailed presentation and deliver .

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They were offering 5k monthly . And i said NO .
Tips: If you have knowledge and experience then why not get paid for it . Don't just let anyone mis-use it and not mis-calculte your actual value .

The assignment was horrible and DGM didn't have any idea what he was asking due to lack of digital marketing knowledge.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please do not join the digital marketing team as seniors have very poor knowledge of digital marketing. If you compare sun pharma with other companies in terms of digital marketing then Sun is below 1 out of 10. Sun's digital team is horrible. Some senior people are like watchmans who always look for your in-time, out-time, chai-time etc. Some team members are so horrible that they do nothing and spends time doing lame things. Their knowledge is worst and their seniors knows it but they don't want to change. I think they don't want to change the Sun's digital presence. They just want team members to do meetings and PPT as this is one of the major KPIs. If they 3rd party audit to their skills then half of the digital team will be thrown out due to poor knowledge. Sun people are conscious about price. They want russian model at Rs. 100 and we know that it's practically impossible. They just hire low quality agencies for qualitative projects due to cost constrain. Sun has very bad reputation in the market.
Overall, Sun pharma is bad organization for digital marketing people as it's like a project management job which is superwised by people who have done digital marketing course. It's like you will become a Donkey in the company. 3 people have aleady left because of 3 idot people in the team. So never join their digital team.
