If single movie is played in entire day then only selected crowd will be responding.
If the targeted audience's (if it's a cinema hall in great distance) have more than one movie released in short gap then there won't be much profit than it should be.
One movie cannot be played for longer period of time or else seats won't be filled.
If audience wants to watch another movie just after another then that choice won't be available for them.
Family audience will have to struggle for timings as not all the timings are suitable for them.
As for single screen cinema hall, there won't be much space around it so restricted amount of audience.

Turnaround options:

According to response, movies playing days to be selected.
Children to adult subsidiary products can be given.
Maintenance must be taken care of affectively.
Cinema hall outer space can be made spacious for keeping more audience (if possible a green grassy plot *must be clean* can be made for young and children audience to sit and play).
