Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview with MBM NewTech was a complete disaster. The interviewers were unprepared, clueless, and utterly unprofessional. Despite clear communication about my experience, they couldn't even grasp basic details from my resume. The virtual setup was awkward, impersonal, and uncomfortable. Their outdated, entitled views on employee growth were offensive, and the salary discussion was insulting, with the interview abruptly ended. This company is a joke—avoid them at all costs.
