As a Product Manager, before descibing about that feature i would lik eto tell you something about the product i am working and the user behaviour. We had a B2B Product exclusively for Ayurveda doctors where doctors buy medicines for there clinic from our platform. As Ayurveda doctors, they are not very tech friendly and also we had a good % of senior doctors who were not aquinted with technology. Initally when we started they behaviour of user was that they were reluntant to come and place order on app and website and they were giving order via callor over whatsapp. So we built a backend solution whereour sales team can punch there medicine order in behalf of doctor . The solution was working but as we grow up this was not a feasible idea as this solution was not scalable and most of the time sales team was busy in punching these orders. So we came up with the idea of proving wallet point when someone place order on app and website and they can reeded these as real cash when they place order. this was applicable on all orders except for those placed from our system. Within a year we noticed there was a big change in user behaviour. We were getting 85% order from our app and website collectively whereas only 15% order were placed via backend.
