Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly, they check your knowledge with regards to the work you're applying for.
Secondly, they check if you can handle pressure or no.
They will offer you the salary as per your choice but will mentally harass you to such an extent that you lose your confidence.
It is a typically toxic office environment.
You will be appointed for a particular job but you'll be given some other task for any of his sister concerns / subsidiary companies.
The owner (boss) Mr. Piyush Parekh will play mind games with you and treat you like a slave.
He will make you write letters/notes stating that it is your mistake that the work is not completed whereas he himself will give you unrealistic deadlines.
He purposely tortures people before the salary date so that they leave the work before even taking the salary.
There are no employment benefits, no labor laws are followed, no leave policies.
The boss does not respect any employee and purposely shouts at them for no reason at all.

So, if you want to waste your precious time, ruin your career, love to be bullied and tortured then this is the perfect workplace for you.

For those who value yourself and your career then just ignore this work place.
