Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The whole process of recruitment is a drama just to lure new candidates from good companies for there purpose and when purpose fulfilled or they think that you are of no use or not upto their standard specially this problem is with the oversmart CEO who just knows how to show off their money and thinks people recruited their are their wage earner and can fire them at any time depending upon mood and need, misbehaving with them by yelling , disrespecting,hurting sentiments, no humanity, no family time, no space in the office just have to work like a robot, no freedom to talk over your personal phone calls, deduction of salary depending upon their mood, new HR policies very often, and upon small mistakes exaggerate situation in front of the whole office colleagues least bothered about employees self respect.
