Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was interviewed for pune location and I cleared both the rounds. Salary negotiation was done with HR sachin. He assured of releasing the offer letter on tuesday due to diwali vacation but I never herd from him back.

I felt like the HR put it on hold on purpose. Anyways for one of many reasons i wanted to join JADE but they just literally broke my heart and did not even bother to update on why my offer letter was never released.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.
I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: At the beginning it self he asked about the technologies that I have knowledge and worked. After completion of the interview, he said they are looking for the candidates who have the knowledge on particular module. I didnt say I know that module at the beginning and I didnt mention the same in my resume. How they short listed my resume, I dont know and why he took the interview for 45 mins also dont know.
