For sitting idle there for 3 hours and 30 minutes I decided to leave the company as I don't wanted to be part of such an agile (Agile ? Hahahaha) team. After 1 more hour I received a call from them asking where I am. I sent a mail to that guy who called me for the interview and the one I asked in the office that I have waited for nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes (see above). He said to me that if you have requirement of a job you will have to wait to get your chance for the interview. He also threatened me that he will talk to my current company management regarding the mail. Conclusion: Go there for the interview wait for 30 minutes (Might be less or more) outside office gate in the sun or rain. Then again wait for 4 hours before you get a chance to get interviewed.
