Managing a team size of 40 or 400 is based on delegating the job & roles to individuals. Firstly need to identify the potential of each individual & decide his role as an executor & leader. I will be reviewing the performance of the executors on a monthly basis. Similarly the leaders will be reviewed formally on a weekly basis & as & when if needed. I would spend time on development of leaders & will encourage the leaders to do the same with the executors which will help everyone to grow in career in the right path. My objective is very clear that everyone has the right to maintain a balance in his or her work life & personal life. This culture has a proven track record to generate high productivity & positivity amongst the team. The energy levels are always high while performing the task & if any additional task is been assigned there is self nomination from the employees themselves. A lot more can be discussed on this.
