Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They literally conducted 4 rounds for an Associate Product Manager role and at last the Hr called for a 5th round and scheduled a time and then canceling the interview just before an hour from the interview and after that again scheduling a meeting and then canceling it again. they never value your time because they don't know what is the meaning of it . Actually idk how they came up with the name Impacters i would suggest to add negative as a prefix to their company and the worst part is after reaching out to the Founder, CPO and everyone who interviewed me they are easily saying that we hired a Senior product manager lol it was great Impact to me, I was like am I a joke to you they literally wasted my 1 month of time for nothing, thank god anyway I came to know about their true colors

My piece of advice to the management
Try to educate your HR by providing a paid course on how to not ghost a candidate who gave 4+ interview rounds and value others time and efforts ppl or not jobless as your HRs
