I tried telling the guy why the scroll feature is important while dealing with huge data and multiple images and why things would get slow on an app. But most of the time he was inattentive and was stuck on his own opinion unable to comprehend how UX works, but he wasn't a UX designer and was someone from management. When asked how you do UX work in your company, the guy replied we outsource all our work but thinking of starting to do things internally.
