Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - As we all people are searching job, I get a call from them, I give interview in 5 round, they test my background in last company then ensure my working capability i show it on computer finally they held meeting there Chinese boss. then I got selected. but during interview, there HR Team conversation is arrogant type ie they are Hire a labour, i have salary 35k which is i told him in interview and told him what ever hike they will give me like 10% to 15% when i finally got selection, they offer me same salary which hilarious to me even i waste my as much time. there HR Team member sandeep and kalpna has too much arrogance,without offer letter and salary structure join karna h to karo nahi to rahne do. they told in this way then i asked them why they waste my time , initial they were say that they are hire for Asst. Manager PPC and there salary range is up to 45K. and 10 hrs working after that over time would be provide, but when finalization is done they says they are not providing overtime its mean there is 12 hrs working. its my good luck that i haven't join this company or invest my money for rent a house. I advice to candidates there would be lots of politics for i you don't waste your time it would be better for your carrier.
