Hi! Thank you for this opportunity, My name is Sampa Rani Mondal. I worked as a counselor in my previous company ERC eye care. I have about 1 year work experience as Optical advisor and Counselor in eye hospital. I done my bachelor in Bengali honours from Calcutta University in Kolkata Sarsuna college.

Before applying for this position I studied the job description carefully to make sure I had the necessary skills. Competencies and abilities to perform to a high standard.

I begin my career is sales working for ERC Eye Care within this role I was responsible for many task including building relationship with customer and clients , seeking way to increase company revenue and helping train newer member of staff as and when they join the team.

Since then, I have worked in various roles and I have always been praised by my manager for having a positive attitude towards work for always embracing change positively and for supporting my co-workers to help the team achieve it's objectives.

A key achievement of mine was in a previous roll when I made recommendation to my manager for improving a new feedback and review facility where we started to increase our engagement with customers.
