Designing in live zoom call is such a dumb idea, and they didn't even show up after that. Swarna is the person who called me and assigned the task, I have mailed, called to her mobile, and even texted for results but she never answered any of them. It's okay whether I have not qualified or am on hold, but giving proper feedback is the minimum thing they should learn first. If you showed interest they start ignoring you. Better stop applying for this or don't take the assignment. It's good in social media but not at hiring. This dumb company should concentrate on it.
