Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: There were 3 interview rounds in all, out of which the first round was the written round. The main purpose of the written round was to check the interviewee's communication and grammatical skills. Apart from the communication and grammatical expertise, they also wanted somebody with strong skills in editing and proofreading the document. Therefore the written round was a combination of 3 sub-tests, inclusive of article writing, document editing which included writing the summary for quite a lengthy document (approx. 10 pages) and document formatting.
Tips: The tips that I will specifically suggest for this round are as follows:
1) The candidate applying for the above position should have good hands-on on the editing and formatting of a word document.
2) Strong vocabulary shall prove to be advantageous.
3) Time Management is very crucial, since you only get 2 hours to complete the entire round. Therefore time management along with good quality of content is very imperative.
Duration: 2 hours
Total Questions: 3

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Since the role was not only limited to content or knowledge management. One also has to perform the internal audit activity, wherein the major responsibility was to manage the internal audit excel sheet of the organization. This was a complete technical round for which the interviewee would be given guidance by the concerned associate in the organization before he/she shoots the test.
Tips: The major tip I would suggest for this round is that one should have working knowledge of the excel sheet in MS Office.
Apart from this; robust analytical skills shall prove to be an upper hand for the candidate amongst the bunch of interviewees.

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: To reach to the last stage of interview i..e. the HR Interview, the candidate will have to go through the Behavioural Round which is conducted by the Associate Director of the organization. The agenda of this round is to examine the adaptability of the candidate to the different work cultures.
Tips: The key tips I would like to highlight for this round are given below:
1) Possess yourself as flexible to work in all kinds of work environment.
2) Show your intent towards accepting new challenges.
3) Showcase your workaholic skills.
4) Last but not the least, stay confident but not over confident.
