Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Tips: The behavioural test was quite interesting. Every question had a set of characteristics. We had to choose the characteristic that defined us the most and the least. Certain characteristics were repeated after a few questions. It was strategically designed to analyse how clearly the candidates knows about their strengths and weaknesses.

Tip: Be very sure of your responses and maintain consistency in the questions that are repeated!
Duration: 1 hour 40 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Tips: Be confident
Be loud and clear
Keeping the discussion healthy and avoiding heated conversations should be the aim.
Duration: 10 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: These are guesstimate questions and do not particularly have a correct answer. The interviewers really pushed me to think in the right direction. I analysed the population of the country on the basis of various factors. Urban and rural areas, age group, awareness about Fitbits, affordability and preferences to name a few. The entire process was aimed at applying certain ratios and percentages in order to come down to the final answer.
Tips: Think rationally.
Make reasonable guesses.
Validate your reasons using specific facts and figures.
