Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the interview process at [Company Name]. I had an interview scheduled with Ms. Sreelekshmi Aravind on September 4, 2024, confirmed via email by Ms. Lakshmi. Despite joining the meeting on time and waiting for 20 minutes, no one joined the call. Attempts to contact Ms. Lakshmi during this time were futile, and she later informed me she was unwell.

I sent a follow-up email to Ms. Aravind the same day to inquire about rescheduling the interview, but I received no response for five days. When I called Ms. Lakshmi for an update, I was informed the position was put on hold, which was why the interview did not take place. Her dismissive and sarcastic response when I questioned the lack of communication and professionalism was highly unprofessional.

Due to this experience, I decided to withdraw my application. The lack of communication and professionalism reflected poorly on the company's values and respect for potential employees. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously, and appropriate measures will be implemented to improve the interview process and communication within the HR team.

Such behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to ensure a more respectful and professional environment.

Experience: Tough! But manuplative ,yes manuplative ,I feel that your test scores are manuplated by the company! You score full marks in the test , but you are mechanical engineer you might not qualify for the next round! I say this as per ny experience . POINTER ,BRANCH and then score in this test describe the overall perfomance!
Tips: The company is totally for IT engineers if you are from other branch fonnot hope much, have a backup.
