Talking about the problem at hand.

First, understand whether it is required to book a slot to use the gym.

I mean, it is not necessary to jump into providing the solution to the problem. As a PM, first, we need to understand the customer needs (must-have) like one-time registration for using the gym or book club or any other facilities.

Once must-haves are sorted, the PM should focus on giving the competitive edge ( should have) with good and user-centric features, like providing the option to book the clubhouse for certain occasions, on a certain day, for certain hours after capturing the details like how many guests are expected.

Once 'Should haves' are sorted out, the PM should take the feedback from the stakeholders to know whether is there anything that would be "Good to have" like taking the payment for the booking of the clubhouse.
