I applied via Referral and was interviewed in Oct 2023. There were 4 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Group Discussion

It was a say 'mass interview', as there were multiple people present for the same interview...we were all categorized by our work and similarities, etc (I'm guessing by our resumes and a Typeform with multiple questions about ourselves, skills, etc) and only a few from every group discussion; it's useless mentioning what we talked about and the case studies, introduction, etc as it keeps on changing and for every 'group' it's, well, different. It wasn't, say, 'easy' I must say but luckily I got selected (and I'd made a friend during the process he didn't get selected;() it was a new process for me though, as I'm used to the one-on-ones but it was unique and refreshing. And for the people who couldn't or didn't get assessed based on the Typeform, they get the one-on-ones, and they're comparatively easier BUT you should know not to 'fake' while interviewing because getting into this dream company maybe easy the real hard part starts from when you're in the company working with real-time data and talking to fortune 500 clients.

Round 2 - Assignment

The assignment was relatively hard but relevant to the company's work, I must say though the job was challenging it was fun and there were candidates with me some doing almost the same thing as me (as the work is mostly personalized) it was nice knowing their input and oh my god the candidates looked so much more smarter lol (I was really nervous as the crowd was so damn good) but the senior management was always there for us which was really nice as I had a lot of questions.

Round 3 - One-on-one

(1 Question)

  • Q1. The one-on-one round was I must say nerve-racking as all the seniors looked polished and intimidating but at the same time super sweet! They calmed me down as they saw how nervous I was and how hellbent on...
Round 4 - One-on-one

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Now, comes the interview with the big bosses, THE FOUNDERS, I was SWEATINGG, but they are really sweet too I must say, and they were way more poised and polished than the senior management, and Mrs. Taruna...
