All the PM should follow the proper naming convention, Defined security at the lowest level as possible, PM should not have more than 30 process nodes, PM should not have more than 50 process variables.
Create separate PM for webservice for node to debug easily and reuse them, Keep send email smart service in sub process, by default alerts go to system administrators. when you perform save As Process model, the user will be the only security that process will have as Admin.
