Deploying into a project is a great headache here.

Experience: Our entire batch was asked to upload resume and then a shortlist was given out within a week
Tips: Objective should be clear and crisp, educational qualifications can be presented in a tabular form, work experience, project details and achievements should be given from most recent to least recent

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: The environment was relaxed. 2 interviewers were there. Both asked questions. It was not a stress interview and I was also given time to think and answer
Tips: Confidence is important while answering. It is important to be clear on basics before learning high funda things. The answers should not be very long and essay like.

Round: Test
Experience: Cocubes pattern is what Capgemini followed when I attended the interview in 2016. They have 75 questions and 60cuttof .. I guess time would be around 90mins..But there is another patter Capgemini follows which has 50 questions in total. Which includes 15 apps, 15 English , 20 reasoning .This test is quite difficult to crack and when u are done with this you are 60 percent selected .

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Decent communication and confidence would definitely help to clear this round. . Be clear in what you speak and that's how it goes . Topics are mostly general ones.

Round: Telephonic
Experience: It is more of like communication checking . This round happens only if you don't have a group discussion. It's an easy round.

Experience: For MNC companies your Academic record should be 10th 12th and Graduation 60%+ required then only your resume will shortlist for recruitment.
AS i had overall good academic score my resume got shortlisted for Capgemini.

Experience: We had Aptitude and Easy writing online Test. Those who had cleared this test were selected for next round.
