Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Experience: Every one in this company is selected by employees reference relatives , neighbours , friends, family friends, like that 98 out of 100 is references by somebody.

Round: Visiting Office
Experience: 1st day itself they will show racism during interview unless you are a tamil.

General Tips: Don't go for the interview unless you are a tamil or you are referred by an employee who is already working there or who knows somebody in the office.

EMC is mainly a TL COMPANY but they call me for substation project interview, and ask question from TL domain, bcoz the interview board members may be never work in a substation so they ask me about tower erection.not a single question from substation domain
