Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had appeared for an interview for legal role in the month of January 2024, it was first round with CFO directly, they had no legal head for this role hence it was with CFO. Interview was okey but the process they had is terrible, they made me wait for 1 hour for first round post my first round there was second round with business stakeholder after that HR told me I am done for the day I left, the moment I left I was downstairs again I got a call from HR for third round with business stakeholder(told me he is head of some department) he again asked same questions wasted my 1 hour again.
Never mind I had wrapped up everything on same day ( wasted 5 hours) after that when I checked with HR they were not ready to provide any feedback after a while they stopped picking my calls almost 10 days later they sent an email informing I was rejected by same business head. I am fine with the feedback but the way they conducted interview and not bothered to provide any feedback was horrible. I had wasted my 5 hours for no feedback. Salary is a big constraint for them but the want you to lead the whole department.
