Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They hired me for non voice/semi voice customer support role ane forced me to work on outbound sales against my will.. though before joining i made it very clear what the role was and if that involved and target based work, but later they started forcing me to work on outbound telesales and started pressuring for achieving targets.. was very disappointed that had even after confirming before joining had to go through all these.. very bad experience.. pls be careful before joining!
