Experience: "Technical- Tell me something about yourself. Then basic concepts of C++ i.e., OOP. He drilled me with all basics of C++ with programs. He made me to write a program and then told me to debug a program. He asked o/p type Q. Then he asked about DBMS. He gave me a situation and told to design a database. Asked to write queries on that database. He asked me about JSP, then sessions, cookies.
After that, one analytical puzzle. thats it....

Experience: HR- 1st wo ghisapita Q, Tell me something about yourself. Then he scanned through my resume and 1 or 2 Q on everything. Hobbies, extra curricular etc. Some general Q like on cricket, then what is 1% of 1% of 100, Why there are 24 hours in a day. He was like firing those Q on me one after the another. He was more concerned about the quickness than the correctness. "

General Tips: For any IT company, thorough understanding of C, C++ concepts is required...

Round: Test
Experience: "First was an aptitude test..all quants..some 15 questions i guess.
then heavy technical round in which they asked about concepts of c++ and C..do it very throughly..like polyorphism ,inheritance,pointers,dynamic and static inding,free and delete pointer ,malloc ,calloc difference.they also asked me what is linked list.
next round was HR..


Round: HR Interview
Experience: Nothing of HR in it for except for first 5 mins.
first 5 mins he asked my about my hobbies..mind u ,if u say playing a paticular game, or any instrument then c to it that u know 5 national level players,or instrumentalist from that field..nest 15 mins he was taking my geography interview asking me about how day and nights are fomed,what is inclination axis of earth,what is rotation,revolution,why weathers are formed etc.."

Skill Tips: do concepts of c and c++ thorouhgly like polmorphism,inheritance,pointers etc
