In my first round, he asked me how to deal with the job I was doing, see communication skills, knowledge of different countries, and what about my experience and asked some questions of my current CTC and my expectations also . Personality test and my confidence level also measured or checked .In overall I will suggest everyone that you should be confident at the time of interview and some basic knowledge required for the post you are going to apply.
