Tips: the motive of this round is only to check your explaination capacity. whether you use general life example in your speech or not. your words are clear to listen or not. you use slangs or not.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: I said everyone can not understand technical words at once. a trainer has to understand the core issue. and first ask the trainee about the difficulty and this is the best way to remove the issue easily.
Tips: be a man, because it really happens when you train new trainees about the software and product details. I had faced it many times. just put your self in the situation of trainee. and take help of your senior officer. this answer may be helpful. it shows that you believe in team work.
