Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They verbally offered a step lower position and I was ok with it as they promised that the COO would groom me accordingly. Having spoken to a previous employee, there is major job insecurity and no personal life balance. Internal politics. Deadlines are tight and expected to take blame when something goes downhill.
