Everyone knows, Communication Skills are checked well enough during the HR round, and the HR herself says your communication skills are not good but still we are moving your candidature. And in the final round they come into the same thing we cannot move further, If you find someone communication skills are not good, then don't take the candidature forward. Reject in that point of time. And when the final round goes with a very positive gesture, still without any other feedback they don't move with candidature.
