Iterate through the array and compare each element to the previous one.

If all elements are decreasing, it follows the decreasing pattern.
If there is a point where the elements start decreasing after increasing, it follows the increase then decrease pattern.
If there is a point where the elements start increasing after decreasing, it follows the decrease then increase pattern.
Example: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] follows the increasing pattern.
Example: [5, 4, 3, 2, 1] follows the decreasing pattern.
Example: [1, 2, 3, 2, 1] follows the increase then decrease pattern.
Example: [5, 4, 3, 4, 5] follows the decrease then increase pattern.
