Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: CGPA criteria of 7.5+ and 10th-12th criteria of 80% +

Round: Test
Experience: An online written test was conducted by cocubes in the campus. It was of 45 minutes and consisted of 40 questions (20 Quant, 10 LR, 10 Verbal). Quant had data interpretation questions, verbal consisted of reading comprehension.
Tips: Questions at the end of a segment were relatively easy. Try to leave the questions which are tough, and do them at the end. Do the easy ones first.

Round: Puzzle Interview
Experience: First they asked about me, and then started on my interests, which I told them finance and stock markets. Then they asked me about stocks, greece crisis, stock markets etc. One case study was also performed. It was easy and could be done right then.
Tips: Keep yourself calm, even if you cannot solve the puzzles tell them your approach.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was the toughest round. They asked me 2 puzzles and a guesstimate which was way too tough. They grilled me on technical things. They kept telling me that you are a technical mind, why you are joining a consultancy. Overall, they were nice.
Tips: Its good to read about the organisation and its work. You can correlate the questions then, like how your capabilities are matching with the job profile. You can ask them a good question. It proved handy to me in this interview.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was just a formality. They wanted to know whether finally you would join this company or not.

General Tips: Take the interview in the direction where you want. Tell them your interest right at the start, so that they can grill you on that only. There were no questions on minor training or projects. There was nothing on technical part as well. Throw in your AIEEE/JEE MAINS/Advanced rank, that was the time when you were at your best and it may escape you out of the problem. It did in my case. He started grilling me on my low CGPA (lowest out of selected candidates), low 12th%, I just threw my AIEEE rank and I was placed.
Skills: Aptitude, Verbal english, Guesstimation
