Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - As a R&D profile, they trying to search for genuin person. For interview basics you must know. Two to three round of interview. HR round, technical round then HOD round. HR round is just for shortlisting profile, technical round is lengthy taken by reporting manager. They generally ask what is major achievement you have done in previous organisation. In HOD round is they ask general + technical questions. My interview was of four rounds HR, technical, HOD, again technical. 1st technical round was 1.5 hrs, HOD was 0.5 hrs, 2nd tech round was 3.5 hrs which was the longest interview till date I faced, but they are very friendly in the interview i felt like a discussion on technicals.
