Interview Questionnaire

1 Question

  • Q1. For freshers who are about to become non-freshers - for your next job - once you've passed all interviews/tests in the process and now in the 'Job Offer' phase of the application...

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never accept the first offer - as you can safely assume that it's the lowest they can offer in the salary bracket. (because they'll also assume that you're most likely to negotiate - so negotiate!) However, before the job offer takes place, be sure to do your research on how much companies usually pay for your role. You'll see in these websites (e.g. AmbitionBox) that a job has a 'lower' and 'upper' salary limit - try to always go for the upper limit and make sure to back it up with valid reasons (for example: experience, tenure, certifications, etc.) If the employer pushes back and comes up with their own justifications, that's another story - I leave to you how you'll manage! In some special cases - if you're being headhunted for the role, also take advantage of that leverage in the negotiation process. This will really work your negotiations skills - so all the best to you!
