Interview Preparation Tips

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Primary reason for my selection can be my background in Finance and also that I was able to answer a lot of technical questions, which justified my background and interest. I was confident throughout the interview and this portrayed me as an enthusiastic person. Even if I did not know the answer to any technical question, I just said that I don’t know. Also, I had done my homework about the company and this helped me in asking an intelligent question. I asked my question towards the end of the interview, and then a follow-up question after they answered.

General Tips: It’s very important to ask a good question at the end, and I think it strengthened my case in Citibank.
Skills: Economics, Banking
