Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I'm having 2 years of experience in PHP development, and right now, I am PHP developer at Cheil india, advice for every interview, is be real, that is not your last interview, so be honest with your work because if you lie, then they know that you lied, and they will give you scenario related to that and they expect correct answer from you. This might land up you in a big trouble. So be honest, true to yourself and feel relaxed.

Experience: Overall a very satisfactory procedure, and no-one complained about the final results, as everyone thought that the procedure was very fair.

General Tips: Do’s :
1. Practice (everything from apti to mock GD to mock PI to gathering info about the company).
2. Practicing more.
3. Keep practicing until you succeed.
3. Hard work hardly goes wasted.
4. Have faith, and believe your efforts will bear fruits.

Don'ts :
1. Loose hope/faith.
2. Stop putting in sincere efforts.
3. Letting the dejection over power you.
4. I think a calm mind and rationally choosing from your available options lands you success.
5. Don’t compare what others are getting and let it not affect your preparation.

Experience: I was one of the last ones to be interviewed so I was under the presumption that I had lost the company. Since, everyone was just asked about their CV, it was important to show my uniqueness in terms of the skill sets and the answers to trivial HR questions.
I complimented their website and said that demonetisation is a boon for the company as there would be more digital currency transactions. I was asked technical questions because I had mentioned those terms in my CV. For most of the other candidates, no technical questions were asked.
Tips: Stay calm, confident and sharp. It is important to know about the company and why you would be a good fit. Saying the right things at the right time is paramount in bagging an offer.
