Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview had a few parts to it. A first level interview with one of the TL and then another with your direct Manager. Technical questions will be asked based on the portfolio you present to the HR Team. You will be asked to explain how you worked on that particular project and technically explain the process step by step with technical analysis of why each step had been carried out. Be prepared to explain each and everything in your portfolio with your own actual theories which went into the making of the project.
My best advice would be, please be honest with what you actually did with the project and never try to exaggerate any of the actuals bcuz you may get selected but you shall find it difficult to cope up with the actual work that will fall in front of you after you getting into the company. This job is more of a technical softwar oriented job which needs lot of attention to detail and knowledge of the actual software to work properly.
