i was responsible for all the job and duties assigned by senior cooks assisting them during food production managing chiller freezer and dry stores according to fifo, i was also involved in multi tasking activities inside galley like washing peeling cutting vegetables, ensuring all the sections chopping boards and knife are cleaned and well sanitized. i was also responsible for regulating the temperature of oven griller fryer hot plates.
