By defining rqmt routine in condition technique we can restrict the access of condition type

for example: for rebates we use cond type B001 to B005 and in the rqmt column we give the value 24 which is only in billing document.
coz

rebates are included during the billing document process not in sales doc processing. As rebates are given on the deleivered qty not on ordered qty. in order to acheive this we use rqmt rountine. I.e written bt Abaper

this rqmt will ensure that rebates are applied only at billing doc processing.
