If we have EQ we control emotions which means they are controlled by mind .No matter how much more IQ you have but it matters with EQ. EQ gives leads to good relationship with everyone like workers, collegues,team mates etc... It improves our leadership skills too.. I finally says better to have EQ than IQ...
