There are are a few exceptions, but these people are absolutely disrespectful!

1. With due respect, I would like to admit that the interview was way too exhausting. They made me say the same things in each and every call, each one being a 45 minutes call. After the second round, they led me to get hopeful about the position with statements such as , " You're on board". I respect her because she was actually honest and respectful.

2. Then I had a final call with the top-most person in the management. As much as I hate to admit, I sensed racism in the final call.

The position was for a content writer/Content Strategist that required an extensive experience. But I was treated like a second-class citizen. they made me wait for a month and now they informed that they chose another resource. I spent almost a week's time for the interviews with them.
