My responsibility are

1. Maintaining the shift schedule for technicians

2. Taking handover from the previous shift schedule and take follow.

3. Updates shift activities to the shift engineer

4. Updates daily, monthly reports in soft copy and send to the client through mail

5. Co ordination with vendors for PM and breakdown activities and collect the reports.

6. Maintaining all kinds of reports as per 52 week schedule
