1.No worklife balance " the major issues" Working hours is extended upto 18 to 20 hrs
2.All hr policies is indirectly benefit to company " No reimbursement of expensive is provided even after many follow up"
3.There is 3 months notice period, so that no employee can switch for new job even if employee wish to switch.
4. No time management " even manager doesn't have is not discipline regarding timr
