Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - THERE'S NO JOB SECURITY.... U GET INTO THIS COMPANY ON UR OWN RISK DO NOT EXPECT THAT ANY ONE WILL HELP U OUT COZ NO ONE WILL. DO NOT RISK UR CAREER GETTING INTO THIS COMPANY, IT WILL RUIN UR CAREER...VERY TOXIC AND DISTURBING WORK CULTURE...DON'T TRUST ANYONE...ALSO THIS COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL FAVOURABLE FOR WOMEN.... Worst company, frauds. There is no work culture none of the employees have fixed designation. They'll literally force u to work even after office... And if u don't listen to them u get terminated... They even ask for personal documents like aadhaar cards to get sim cards for their business without taking the guarantee for no mislead or any misuse of documents. And if u refuse to give them they'll say " Jo nahi dega usko terminate kro... Apna bhi time aaega, fir dekhlenge.... Names likh kr rhko Jo log refuse kr rhe h..." The behaviour of the management (excluding the HRs) I have never faced anything like this before... The worst, very unprofessional rude arrogant... They even make employees work two shifts from 10 to 6:30 then go home work again from 9 or 10 till the morning 5 or 6 am. Also after working both shift employees are forced to report to the office by 11 to 12 am... Also there is no leave they'll make u work Sundays even...I mean stupid ho kya tumlog insaan h... Even animals need time to rest... Salary and increment well the salary date is 11th of the month or sometimes it becomes 12 or 13th. No bonus. Yearly increment that too after months and only 8 to 10% of basic salary for the regular employees... And some get additional benefits that are off the table of course. Now termination they'll terminate u if u seem not favourable like if u r pregnant, have critical problems or going through IVF pregnancy process and want to work from home they'll terminate u instead of providing wfh or maternity leave or sick leave ... If u and ur bf work together in the same company and by chance ur bf got better opportunity and left.. then u get terminated... If u work rightfully and complain against the manager's misbehaviours u get terminated... Also especially for the graphics team... There's a misogynist manager who doesn't have any idea if the design was made The manager just because he was an elder and used to teach the director Sunaina Shaw in some CA institute (said by the manager itself). Also the salary I got in hand or the payslips calculation never matched with my CTC and not only mine none of the employees get the correct calculation of their salary... I was told that after 6 months I will get the appointment letter but instead I got terminated when I asked for it. Now I know u will say I wasn't working efficiently... Well I can prove u wrong... I have each and every proof that I was working day and night, I did work on different job roles, I basically did whatever I could but they never valued. I joined there as a graphics designer and video editor... But I had to handle thr social media accounts, made lead lists, handled data, booked phones on Flipkart etc... and the list goes on... When I got terminated I got the mail saying I wasn't efficient and due to absentees which is not true so I called a few of the previous employees who were terminated suddenly in the same way as of mine and cross checked their termination letters... The same thing was written only the date was different.... So basically they have the whole draft ready they just change the name of the employees and the date... So when they feel like terminating someone, they just put the name and changes date and that's the value of the employees there. I have two ss of the same termination letters. After 65 days I was paid my salary for the last working days. The only thing which is good here is the housing staff, security guard and very selective employees and both the HRs.
