Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had 2 rounds of interviews one with Program Manager and one with Director. One of the interviews was 1 hr long with Program Manager which was on technical note and most of the questions related to my experience with Tools, Documentation, Scenarios/Situations were asked there. Scenarios were asked to check my decision making skills, Team management capability and Client engagement. Main aim was to see how i would be able to fit into this role based on my past experience, what level of knowledge i possess and ofcouse to test my communication skills. The interview was taken on a very friendly note and I was given proper time to answer questions. Interviewer was very attentive.

My Second Interview was a small one with the director. Here again the focus was on my experience and communication. Both the interviews were taken on an easy note to see how we both can best compliment each other i.e. Me to the Company and Company to Me --> which is something i have found in rare places. It gives a feel that it's not just going to be a Boss-Employee relation but a team based company where everyone is appreciated and acknowledged. Interview panel was quite supportive and understanding.

My Advise, Read the job description to ensure you can be the best fit for the role first and then apply. Work on your communication skills if you feel there is an improvement needed.
During the interview just be yourself and present your experience in the best possible way so that there is no doubt of how good a fit you could be in the given role.
